Musk dismissed Twitter’s CEO Parag Agrawal, CFO Ned Segal, and head of law and policy Vijaya Gadde. He had claimed that they had misled him and Twitter’s investors over the prevalence of fraudulent accounts on the site.
Musk intends to take over as Twitter’s acting CEO. He bought the company for $54.20 per share and same share value per share will be paid to Shareholders and Twitter will now operate as a private company.

Musk mocked Parag Agrawal now ex CEO, for missing some of the initial negotiations because Parag went on a vacation in Hawaii. According to employees who asked not to be named told that Parag was escorted out of the building.
Apparently Parag Agrawal and Vijaya Gadde were responsible for banning Trump from Twitter even when Trump was holding President’s position.
